Refunds are available for the cancellation or return of products, provided they meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in our Return Policy or these terms and conditions. The refund process will be initiated as follows:

Refund Scenarios

• Cancellation by You Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund for the accepted cancellation.
• Exchange of Goods Within 7 Days of Delivery: You may exchange the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 1-6 working days after the returned product passes our quality checks. The processing time also depends on various banking and payment channels. Please note that any interest charged by the bank under an EMI scheme will not be refunded. We are not responsible for delays or errors in refund processing caused by banks or third-party service providers.

Mode of Refund

• Refunds to Source Account: The refund will be credited to the original payment method. The mode of refund cannot be changed once initiated. If the original payment method fails (except for Cash on Delivery), refunds may be processed via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) to your bank account. In the case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made by cheque, demand draft, NEFT, or wallet account, at our discretion.

• Bank Details for NEFT: If an NEFT refund is required, you will need to provide your bank account number and IFSC code. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts; the name on the User Account must match the bank account holder's name.

• Refund Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of refund initiation via email or SMS at the contact details provided.

• Cheque Refunds: All cheque refunds will be issued as "at par" cheques or through online transfer, at our discretion.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled either by us or by you under the following conditions:

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Non-compliance with these terms or breach of any policy
• Technical errors or issues
• Credit or fraud-related concerns
• Invalid or incorrect address provided by the User
• Suspected fraudulent activity or bulk orders for commercial resale
• Multiple orders for the same product to the same address
• Undeliverable orders after three (3) attempts
• Rejected EMI offers by the bank
• Incorrect pricing or specifications due to technical glitches

Upon cancellation, you will receive a notification via email or SMS at the provided contact details.

Availability of Products

All product orders are subject to availability. If there are supply issues or items are out of stock, we reserve the right to offer substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. If you choose not to accept the substitute products, we will refund the amount paid.

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your order before it is shipped for delivery. No cancellations are permitted after shipment. Upon successful cancellation, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests for any reason. You agree not to hold us liable for any rejection of order cancellations. Accepted cancellations will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
